Please send back your order in their original condition and packaging, including any tags, making sure you include a note stating your order number. This will be stated in your order confirmation email, please keep this email as a reference to your order.
Please retain proof of postage for all returns as the goods remain your responsibility until received by Bellz. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for all postage costs and fees incurred when returning goods.
Return Window: You have 14 days to notify us of your cancellation and an additional 14 days to return the goods. Outside of this window, we may be unable to process your return. You can notify us of your intention to cancel by completing our ‘Contact Us’ form or simply sending us an email on contactus@bellz.ukusing your order number as the email subject.
Once we are notified, we would provide a return address and process your refund upon receipt of the item(s) in its original condition. Please allow 7-10 working days for your funds to appear in your bank account.
